Who We Are
Workskills Training Limited was founded on 1 September 2017 to deliver National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) alongside CSCS and CPCS routes for the construction industry. Since then, we’ve worked with tradespeople and site professionals across the country, turning years of on-the-job graft into a recognised, portable qualification — the card that proves what you already know how to do.
Our Approach
Anyone can work through a checklist. Not everyone can tell good work from bad. Our assessors are industry experts with real hands-on trade experience — not just qualified trainers, but people who’ve actually worked the job they’re now assessing. That’s the difference between a fair assessment and a box-ticking exercise.
Every learner is assigned a dedicated assessor who works around their existing job — assessments happen on site, not in a classroom, so training fits around real work rather than the other way round.
